Publications Database
The Alpha-gal Information Publications Database consolidates peer-reviewed research on alpha-gal syndrome, along with select gray literature and publications on related topics, in a searchable database. Entries are indexed with keywords—including terms related to medical specialties, geographic regions, and categories of medical products—to support targeted searches by researchers, healthcare providers, media, and others.

Direct outreach to allergists
The Alpha-gal Alliance reached 2,500 allergists attending the 2025 AAAAI annual conference with a targeted mailing of patient handouts, key statistics, and clinical support materials aimed at improving awareness and patient care.

The Alpha-gal Alliance partnered with Pill Clarity and the Alpha-gal Foundation to share information about AGS at the 2025 AAAAI annual conference.
Conference for Food Protection
Alpha-gal Alliance is a member in the Conference for Food Protection. Founder Sharon Forsyth serves on the Allergen Committee and actively participates in efforts to provide clarification and guidance on the 2022 FDA Food Code provisions related to major food allergen labeling and to update the “Major Food Allergen Framework.”
